Please note the following service modifications for the Thanksgiving holiday:

  • Through and including Wednesday, November 24th, all bus and shuttle services will operate on their normal schedules.
  • On Thursday, November 25th, NO bus and shuttle services will operate.
  • On Friday, November 26th, Homewood-Peabody-JHMI will operate on a normal weekday schedule.  Keswick-Homewood-Eastern-JHMI will operate on its published Modified schedule (only the trips highlighted in YELLOW will operate).  NO other bus and shuttle services will operate.
  • Beginning on Saturday, November 27th and beyond, all services will resume their normal schedules.

Please direct any questions or concerns to shuttles@jhu.edu.

Starting November 10th, please limit Night Ride party sizes to a max of 5. If traveling with a larger group, book as two separate groups, even if all origins and destinations are the same. Matching max party size to our transit partners, Lyft, will help increase efficiency and keep wait and ride times down. Feedback is welcome at shuttles@jhu.edu.

Night Ride users, please continue to have patience as we continue to adjust to our first full-capacity semester since combining the Homewood and Peabody service areas. Many of you have expressed gratitude for being able to cross between the areas WITHOUT the need to transfer at the JHU-MICA Film Centre. However, the larger, combined service area has resulted in longer overall wait times and ride times. We continue to work with our dispatch provider, TransLoc, to balance and optimize resources appropriately to keep wait and ride times as reasonable as possible. Please keep in mind that Night Ride is a SHARED RIDE service which means riders will very seldom be taken directly from their origin to their destination. We appreciate your continued patience, and your continued feedback at shuttles@jhu.edu.
