I’m a new student, where can I park on campus?
Graduate students are eligible for any available monthly parking permits, and are considered staff since they are paid by JHU. For undergraduates, we have partnered with The Inn at the Colonnade to provide a parking option close to campus. I'm a new employee, where can I park on campus?
New employees are offered their selection of available parking in our garages and lots. To get started, please complete the Parking Permit Application. One of our staff will be in touch with you to take the next steps.
I’m a student in the Education Building, where can I park on campus?
The Education Building has its own dedicated parking lot with pay to park meters.
I'm an evening student, where can I park on campus?
I'm a visitor to the campus, where can I park?
Visitors at Homewood have a number of parking options. These are detailed on the Visitor parking page.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes, all of our garages, lots and other spaces are paid parking options.
How do I pay for parking?
We accept cash, credit card, or check. Employees paid by the University may save 20-40% of their parking costs by paying via a pre-tax payroll deduction.
How do I sign up for parking?
Complete the Parking Permit Application form. A member of our staff will take it from there!
How do I get a permit for accessible parking?
Take a look at the accessible parking page. There are options for both long and short term accessible parking permits, along with more information about how to obtain one.
I received a parking ticket, how can I pay?
We currently accept credit card, cash, or check payments. Credit is accepted in person or on the phone. Cash is accepted in person only. Checks are accepted in person or via the postal system. Send checks to:

Can I appeal a parking citation?
Yes. Please complete the Citation Appeals form, and a member of our staff will get in touch with you.
If this is your first time getting a ticket, you may be eligible to have your fine waived.
